    The condition in the listing was "New", which if hovered over stated Brand New in Sealed Box. In the detailed item description it did state ex-display. I could have bought an ex display model £30 cheaper elsewhere but bought on basis of it being brand new without checking the small print. It arrived without the photographed grass box and side discharge chute. When I queried this, they sent me a grass box. The machine broke during first use. They sent me the part to fix it second time of asking.
