I was a bit unsure about the plant itself as to whether it was OK or not after checking on a plant identifier site as I got conflicting results. After contacting the seller she has assured me that all is good and gave me advice on caring for this. It has arrived at the stage of dyeing off for the winter and coming back in spring so will have to wait and see what happens. Fingers crossed all goes well.

Contacted seller, they responded quickly, and politely. Sent a pre-paid label by email. Gave me a full refund. Seems a good seller, just a shame they didn't check what was sent out. No problem with seller whatsoever.
