    Great comms beforehand as I asked them to make a custom size slightly smaller than advertised. Received 4 days later! Great product, and the custom height was perfect. Beware that the width and depth are a few mm larger than stated on the advert, only an issue if you have very small tolerances. Great seller would highly recommend.

    Awful customer service. They don't respond and when they do they lie and just tell you what you want to hear. Was advertised as next day delivery and told it was in stock and would be sent straight away. it took 6 days to even send it. Was assured on the 3rd day (the only time they did respond) it would be with me the next but wasn't sent til day 5 and only because I reported them to eBay and asked for a refund. Beyond frustrated with the whole situation. Awful seller, never again
