Avoid this seller like you would the plague! Item, a mug, arrived totally shattered, terribly packed. Contacted seller immediately. No response. Contacted 3 days later, eventually escalated via ebay for a return, returned item, tracking confirmed seller recieved the mug, 4 working days later refund still not issued, had to escalate AGAIN! Ebay confirmed seller has the mug, should have refunded within 2 days of receipt, ebay forced a refund. Seller still has not responded to any messages!🤬
