      The item is fine and working well but the packaging was non-existent. Item arrived a badly damaged box and air filter was bent due to lack of protection in the box. As the seller requests in their sale area, I contacted them to share my concerns and the took the liberty of blaming the postal service, to which I replied that the seller should assume responsibility for packing their item, knowing the journey it will take. I was then offered a discount voucher against a future purchase
