    Do not buy from this company. The item I received was not what I ordered — the steps were a completely different color than advertised. When I asked for a proper replacement, they refused to send the correct item and instead kept offering me small refunds (£5, then £10) to keep the incorrect one. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this seller.

    Great value as new condition quality is ok. But I did have a few bits missing from the original box but that was due to the box being opened before I had received it it appears to work ok now I just had to get a pump as it was missing from the but it’s not worth making a real drama out of it but over all the appearance looked good. But good seller tried to put it right but I was not worried about the cost of a new pump, I did contact the seller I was asked about sending photos I forgot about it
