  Good quality but courier delivery point store could not find parcel due to their own disorganisation and told me parcel had not been delivered despite message from courier to go and collect it. This is not the suppliers fault but the couriers sub-contractor delivery point store.

  Disappointing experience. Seller falsely claims shipping from UK even though item is clearly coming from China. Item has still not arrived after 15days since claimed dispatch. This was an urgent requirement so I've had to purchase an alternative from a genuine UK seller which was delivered next day. Only saving grace is they refunded my money but only after opening a case with eBay.
