    I had some issues with the deivery - Royal Mail said it was delivered when it wasn't. When i contacted the seller he reimbursed me immediately. Then the delivery man appeared with the packages which they had marked as already delivered. I then reimbursed the seller again, so a happy ending. Great service from a great ebayer.

    The positive element is that the items arrived. They were however completely unsatisfactory. They were advertised on your website as being 40m long and 24mm wide and the photograph supported that statement. I bought them for the width. When they arrived they were 19mm wide, which could have bought in my local shop. The advertising on your site was clear, but it turned out to be false and misleading, unless it was a dispatching error. I have given up trying to contact the seller.
