Sehr schnelle Abwicklung. Gute Kommunikation. Ich hatte gebeten, die Funktionalität des Teils zu überprüfen, was mir auch zugesichert wurde. Im Nachhinein wurde aber klar, dass der Funktionstest nicht durchgeführt worden ist. Beim Einsetzen war das Teil nicht funktionsfähig. Ob durch meinen Fehler oder schon vor dem Versand lässt sich nicht mehr eruieren, da der Funktionstest nicht gemacht worden ist.
