  Boots had issues probably not sellers fault but definitely manufacturing fault i have several pairs of Uggs in size 4 and held side by side these where the same size however coudnt even get feet through the holes to put them on. Also i followed all the sellers instructions to send them back they where tracked and arrived in good time. but had to open a case and ask Ebay to get my refund. It would of been a negative but seeing the 100% feedback maybe i was just unlucky or had a bad experience.
