★MY CLAIM TO FAME: Eddie Vedder purchased a navy Gucci leather jacket from my store, which he wore when he sang "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" at Game 5 of the 2016 World Series.★ ★Selling men's high-end fashion since 2003, I've evolved along with eBay over the years, adapting and improving both my inventory and service. My focus on customer service spans across smaller details (secure packaging, quick delivery, immediate communication) to larger concerns (hassle-free returns, precise product descriptions). Despite the many changes to eBay throughout the years, I've never forgotten the original spirit of eBay: the person-to-person connection. I consider eBay both a marketplace and a community, so even as eBay's policies continue to shift toward resembling giant faceless companies (e.g. Amazon, Walmart), I aim to preserve all that is good about eBay by maintaining that personal touch that is so lacking in our current Digital Age and hypermarket e-commerce.★
