Ordered a 22 inch flat screen monitor from this seller which arrived at the due date and was extremely well packaged. Unfortunately (and not the sellers fault) it was delivered to the wrong address, DHL's error, i actually received the monitor 3 hours after i got the notification email of it having been delivered. I told the seller of the error and he contacted DHL. Swift and sure action, i will certainly by from this seller again.He was very curteous and apologetic.

So the item i originally received was non working despite their listing claiming it has been tested. After messaging they refunded. At this point i'd cut my loss and thought nothing more. Until a couple of days later a replacement arrived. This must have been what i originally ordered. the service and quality from this seller is brilliant. Would use again without hesitation.
