Please READ ALL neg and neutral feedback !!! frustrating = seller was snippy , irritated by questions. Paid 11/27. Could have shipped 11/29 ,11/30. Sent a curt note : "I will ship next Monday!" 122. Did not ship until 12/3, almost a week after purchase.... didn't arrive until 12/ 9. The item itself : the inside of the fake leather collar material was peeling off in several places and we ended up picking peelings t out of the animal's black hair.... had to toss them. We attached pictures...
