Would rate this seller so high. My parcel didn’t arrive at my address Royal Mail issue not sellers. Anyway the vase was for my husband funeral so when Dave rang me to find out about why parcel hadn’t arrived, Dave and his wife have gone above and beyond and have updated me their end by phone what was happening even though I said I was happy to put it down to one of them things.
