  Bought a chanter for my son's Christmas; played it twice before it stopped working. Contacted Glencoe and waited ages for a reply, only to be told to follow troubleshooting steps. I carried out these steps, and still have a non-working chanter. I contacted them again, waited over a week, only to be asked for my order number. I sent that and am still waiting for a reply; this has been over a month since purchasing. Customer service is non-existent. Very poor.
