    The Seller advertised a 'T28D310ES 28" TV' but it was actually a gaming monitor. I started a refund, but was reassured by him that it was a TV so I cancelled it. I asked to return it for a refund, which seems reasonable and he agreed. After returning it, the Seller did not issue a refund. Buyers, I would strongly recommend that you do not buy from this Seller. The items are not as described.

    The buyer purchased the item, examined and collected it then 3 days later pointed out an error in my description, I admitted to that error and offered a full refund, she declined as she stated that she overcome the issue and was happy to keep the item. then some 5 weeks later, out of the 30 day returns period, she then decided she wanted to return. I agreed to do this, the monitor was dropped off but forgot to refund her, she has been refunded in full and we have apologised for the delay.
