    Ordered this as it advertised 2-3 days delivery. Meant it to be a gift 6 days later. Had to buy alternative gift as it didn’t arrive for 8 days. Requested refund to cover double cost. Very disappointed. Seller unresponsive.

    Item was sent out the next day from when you ordered. It's not in our hands when the courier has delays. I would suggest paying for next day delivery if it's an urgent order

    I ordered this hair on 9th February; expecting delivery on 12-14 Feb. Package arrived on 21st February, no explanation nor communication from the seller. My hair appointment was 21st February at 4pm, package arrived after 5pm same day. Worst service I ever got, more than a week late🥴

    The buyer placed the order on the 9th, and it was dispatched on the 10th with full tracking information available for the buyer. Unfortunately, the buyer did not communicate the delay, so we were unaware of the issue. The delay was caused by the courier company, not us.
