Seller wanted me to revise my feedback. The feedback is still negative. In fact even more so. The seller did not respond to me regarding the refund for the second item. EBay had to step in and resolve it. Previous… Both machines purchased defective, reached out for help, it hasn’t came. It’s been weeks. Hoped it could have been rectified but seller help and communication is terrible. Persevered in the hope it was just a blip which happens but still weeks later and not getting anywhere.
