  The seller noticed a defect in the shoes when wrapping them for shipping, and notified me and cancelled the sale right away. After I offered to still buy the shoes and fix them myself for a discounted price, the seller relisted the item for a reduced price and sent me the item number so I could get it.   EXCELLENT service!!!! When item appeared to be lost in mail, payment was refunded right away. Item did arrive first week in June. In my experience USPS Ground service comes by boat, and takes significantly longer than priority or first class, although USPS continues to provide a shipping timeline that isn't realistic, so I've left four stars for shipping time.
