    Great item as described; safely packed for transit and sent promptly. The only niggle? Well, we got regular updates from the courier via text message while the freezer was on its way - including a time window for delivery...and then they turned up 2 hours early! We'd arranged our day so that we could go out and be home in good time - we got back to find it on the doorstep in plain sight - not very secure - at least it wasn't raining. Not the seller's fault, we know, but grrrrr nonetheless!

    A very good compact freezer which you can also use as a cooler at a fantastic price. There was a slight issue with the freezer when it arrived. An email to the seller brought a speedy reply and solution to the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service given by this company. I cannot rate it highly enough. I would recommend this company to everyone and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended ebayer.

    Item was not the exact clock described and slightly smaller than stated in the size. Seller wanted me to post it back with a box when it was sent to me in a bag. I did put it in a box and they did send the returns label through the post as they didn’t want it done through eBay’s returns service. Having said all of this, the person I spoke to (Steve) was very polite, responded straight away and the clock was returned for a full refund. Sadly no clock but everything else was easy so still positive

    The fridge was damaged when it arrived. I have been in contact with someone called Courtney, who has been very helpful. The fridge was a good price and I would definately buy from this seller again. Thank you Courtney. ps The rate is only 4 as it was damaged. But excellent dispatch time and communication.

    This is the second iron I have bought in a week from eBay. It proves if you read the description you get what you pay for! This one it does what it's meant too. The other one was £19 cheaper but was broken on receipt .Ta geez nice doing business with you. Highly recommend.
