  They’ve sent me the wrong item and refusing to send me a full payment for their mistake! I’ve asked them for a week now to send me the correct item only to be told they hey haven’t got it in stock. They only reply once a day if that! Not professional at all! As a seller you would compensate the buyer if you had sent the wrong item not these! STAY WELL CLEAR!

  Dear customer so sorry that the warehouse worker make a mistake when pick up the goods do you mind to sell the item you received for some money and we will also partial refund you 15 GBP back as a compensation do you agree with my suggestion ? and can you pls also kindly help remove this bad rating for us too ? waiting for your reply best regards
