    First took time to post my order. Second the delivery twice may can’t find the location said no one at home that’s not true and keep delaying the delivery time then dropped off at access points for me to pickup and the distance by walk takes up and the weather so bad to 1 hr by taxi each way £10. Contacting the seller just can’t be bothered and no even respond to me at all. I bought the robin for my mother 4th death anniversary! Overall very disappointed with this seller and UPS delivery

    No mention of item being 'Made to Order' on the listing. Description reads: "This mould is brand new - Highly detailed and professionally manufactured" which portrays the item is already made. Placed order and then was told it would be 6-7 weeks for delivery ! Seller said "the dispatch date was correct" so he hides the fact it's made to order by not telling us and thinks setting a 6-7 week dispatch date is ok? Cancelling was a Mission ! Seller first refused to cancel and was argumentative.
