    As we were short on time for delivery, the seller was very accommodating. We paid for the book 29/4 evening, and it was delivered to Perth 5/5 afternoon. AustPost did indicate we would receive the book on the 2/5 but not to be. Cannot comment on the other points as I have not seen the book yet. Thankyou for keeping me informed.
