Steer clear of this company. Item arrived in a box not fit for purpose,torn, shredded, item sticking out of the end with damage. Shipped it back at great expense in better packing than I received it. Seller claimed it was damaged and deducted £50 from my refund. Freight company didn't want to know and charged me another £142 because of some obscure reason to do with packaging. I'm out of pocket by £350 and don't even have the rad now. Ebay was no help at all. Will not be using ebay again.

Hi, the Return reason "Doesn't fit" and you said "The rad received is for a vertical installation and can t be fitted horizontally.". That is bcs you ordered it. You contacted ebay to ask us to collect it back, so we told ebay it is not our mistake, why need collect it at our cost. Ebay also think we are correct, so asked you to pay return postage to return it. However, your courier damaged this parcel, so we sent photos to you and deducted £50. Under this condition, you received £146.95. tks
