  Excellent seller, my first ever laptop and they gave me excellent service, the laptop arrived in perfect condition other than a few scratches and scuffs which was perfectly described by the seller, They even offer 6 months warranty which is awesome, the laptop came bubble wrapped 4 times and came within a day, i found the bios was locked and mentioned it to them, they immediately offered me a full refund or £10 for the locked bios, absolutely recommend them for anyone buying a laptop

  I was a little nervous buying a used/refurbished item as you are totally reliant on the honest description from the seller. However, I really needn't have worried at all. This really is an excellent little laptop. Exactly as described (Grade A used), in fact, apart from a couple of very minor scratches, it looks, feels like brand new!!
