  An excellent experience! I can't recommend this company highly enough. I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived the following Wednesday. We were telephoned by the customer service twice, once to say the order had been received and when to expect it, and the second time to say it was on its way. The driver delivered it ready set up to the door and took the time to explain everything in detail, demonstrating how it worked and answered our questions politely and knowledgably. The scooter is superb.

  Received within the week. 3 weeks earlier than expected. Fantastic scooter. Unfortunately a part was broken, phoned and spoke with Dawn.. She phoned me back and said part was on order. Received spare part within a week. Thankyou so much Dawn.. Cannot fault this company.

  Perfect delivery, used it today for the first time, was much better than my old scooter, more comfortable and better at riding the bumps and inclines around where we live. Definitely recommend these guys, and b8g shout to the delivery guy, very thoughtful and considerate to me both answering questions and demonstration of the scooter.

  Actual scooter is quite good for the price but the company I was not impressed with! Very poor customer service, delivered very late and on a day that caused that problems - despite asking them not to deliver that day in advance. Customer service was not helpful at all. No communications - had to spend a lot of time keep contacting and chasing them.

We informed you that the item comes with a 3rd party courier, so you would need to contact them to set your delivery preferences. We also informed you that as we are not the recipient, we cannot change delivery preferences. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
