  I bought the stone lady/jug and plinth which was accurately described and good value. Unfortunately, despite the seller packaging the item really well it arrived damaged by the courier. The seller immediately offered a replacement which arrived safely a few days later. The seller acted promptly at all times and communicated with me in a friendly manner.
