I did not expect this at all and it was a lovely surprise and gratefully received. The plants were extremely well packaged and healthy and delivery was the next day in both instances. Item was damaged and arrived with no means of attaching air plant and moss to shell. When advised that shell was broken prior to packing as no broken bits in bag I was informed this was why item was the price it was. No mention of this in description however full refund was provided. Very disappointing purchase ☹️
