    Microwave damaged on delivery, ( noisy and door will not close propery ) but at £39 not worth returning as cost ot post and according to ebay website seller can deduct 50% of item worth. Yodel emailed said they were re-packing item so assume they damaged it, puts the seller and buyer in a bind. Interested in comments and any other solutions from ebay.

    Bought metal food rest for my hubby that was delivered during my absence so I havent seen it at time. 6 weeks later noticed that what was delivered was plastic none branded knock off product not even looking like what I paid for. Contacted seller and explained the issue asking for replacement. Received no response at all. When I opened return case it wwas closed without as much as 1 sentence from seller. None existing customer service and obviouse scam. Attached photos of what i received.
