I had to make contact because the original tracking number provided wasn't correct. They quickly provided the correct number. The issue for me is that the product details said that the disc was shiny. But that definitely isn't the case. It's scuffed up. Luckily not to the point that it didn't boot up. Hopefully I'll be able to get through the whole game without any issues. Game was packaged well for shipping, just wish the condition of the disc was what was stated.

Don t let this seller fool you. Seller misrepresented the item. Seller new prior to shipping the item out that it was badly damaged because an empty case was sent with it to switch it out with the original and still tried to blame the damage on usps. I paid the shipping for this item and would never have purchased it to begin with had I known it was damaged as it was to be part of a collection. An item that is listed as Brand New should be expected to be received in brand new condition.

Buyer got a 20% discount off of the price initially. Once the item arrived, he complained that the case had a crack. I said, return it for a full refund. His suggestion, which I've reported to ebay was to give him an additional 50% discount on the item. This EXTORTION is not tolerated here and I hope other sellers join and do not allow this to happen. This item was BRAND NEW and if the post office damaged it, I will correct it by refunding once the item is returned. Fool you???
