    The item was not in the stated condition like new. The box had old glue from stickers on it. The disc was dirty with fingerprints and scratches. Also what I was sent did not match the photos. I contacted the seller who apologised and said their copy was damaged so they dropshipped a copy, stating that they "don't normally do business like this" and that it "won't happen again". They refunded and said to keep the item. All I can do is present the facts, you can make up your mind what to think.

    This is a factual and honest account of what happened. The seller has since tried to paint me as dishonest because I am a new ebayer, leaving out key details of what happened and trying to imply I was unreasonable. Be careful ordering from this seller as they could do the same thing to you. I kept my feedback factual and honest, I was even lenient and put it as neutral not negative, but the seller is clearly willing to bend the truth to cover their own dishonesty.
