    Ordered this because I could have next day delivery for an extra £7.95, it was for a birthday present, item never arrived! I tried to cancel the order but seller refused, I then asked for a refund and seller sent me a message saying 'Office closed till 28th February'. eBay stepped in and have now fully refunded me which is brilliant. It may have just been a one off but I would advice caution with this seller - Thank you to eBay for sorting this.

    When purchasing the item the delivery was meant to be a few days but came two weeks later, I contacted the seller to ask what was going on and they offered me a few different options, one being I would still get the item but they would give me a £15-£16 gesture of good will, however nearly two weeks later I still haven’t received the gesture of good will, the seller said it would be in my bank within 3-5 working days but 10 days later still nothing and no response from seller! Shocking service!!
