  Arrived super fast, product as described and in good shape, I feel like the price was good for what I received. Was packaged nicely. The remote that came with was nit correct and wouldn't allow me to set up right away. I contacted seller and they responded right away and resolved the issue by refunding the amount of a new remote for the device. Overall, I'm happy with this product and the way the seller resolved the issue with communicating and offering to replace the remote.

  Seller promptly sent item for delivery, updated me when shipped and although the item arrived in good cosmetic condition as pictured, it did not function properly-Seller issued a refund promptly and contacted me to update me on resolution of issue. A+ Communication, quick shipping, proper packaging and immediate response to the issue with item purchased. All Great qualities in a seller-Even though item didn’t work out in the end, I would still recommend for purchases based on my experience.

  Good seller. Somewhat fast shipping, cheap price, kinda disappointing that they listed it as rgb but actually wasn’t, also missing some screws but they told me about all of it and kept me updated the whole way through. Would buy from again

  This seller is bad. He told me to cancel my return because I didn’t need the product anymore and I canceled it and he knew full well that there was no way to reopen a request. He was not willing to pay the return shipping because “it’s going to be expensive” HE’S LITERALLY THE ONE WHO TOLD ME TO CANCEL THE RETURN REQUEST. Terrible seller, do not buy from.
