  Packaging was very good, postage was reasonable, dispatched of the item was a little slow. Accurately described. Definitely wasn't minor issue/ user fault. I am a sewing machine technician so I enjoyed repairing the machine. Was listed as spares or repairs, I managed to fix the machine after about 3 hours work.
