    Wasn’t as described, was told when I asked in first question (if it was a bait runner ) and was told yes , But on arrival it clearly wasn’t on inspection, was a present for my lad , But said he didn’t know much about the product that he was selling, He said I could return , but would cost me Postage ,time , So it looks like I’m stuck with something we don’t want

    I am sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase, this was a one off genuine mistake and for this specific fishing reel there isn't much information to go off of online for me to add to the listing. I tried my best to accurately describe it and gave you the option of returning it for a full refund (and I would pay the return postage) but you didn't want to return it. If you change your mind please reach out to me and I can arrange a return for a full refund. My apologies once again.
