  I wasn't happy with the quality of this item and contacted the seller for options. I was hoping to exchange this for a different one from this seller. Seller responded to all communications quickly. The exchange didn't work out, but the seller didn't ask for a return and actually refunded a portion of my payment, even though I offered to ship it back at my own cost. I ended up donating the original one and have ordered another case from seller. VERY HAPPY with this seller!
