  The book is nice. The major feedback message that I have that the book should of been pack in cardboard then inserted into the plastic bag. The bag was damaged when I received it Luckily the book was OK. The Post Office is uncaring with most packages. Other than that, the seller and transaction was good.

  The photos were clear and allowed me to determine what was included. (A 25-note chromatic set runs two octaves from G4 to G6, and it was clear from the photos that this was indeed a two-octave set.) The instruments were all in good condition, and each sounded correctly when rung. The case was also in good condition with no more than the expected occasional scuff mark. The item was packed carefully and shipped promptly. I am pleased with the value I received.
