  Product arrived damaged, and bits missing. Product had been boxed but not wrapped inside and courier damaged parts inside and ripped hole in box losing lots of the small needed bits. I missed their stated 12 hours to report damage away working, reported anyway but lack of decent response. initial communication with company was good but seems once paid that drops. Shame as work hard for money I do get, and this was a lot of money for us for second hand item. My first negative feedback 🤨

  This was a disaster. I ordered an under rail tray liner for an extra cab Hilux. I received an over rail tray liner for a single cab. When contacting the sales man about this problem I had to prove that it was for a single cab. I suggested that they supplied the one that was ordered and picked up the one that we didn’t want. Problem they couldn’t supply until the end of August and couldn’t find another one to replace it. 3 weeks to pick up the liner and a further month to issue a refund.
