Long story short I ordered the wrong cooker and didn't realise until a few days after it arrived. I felt so silly but they were great and happy to sort a return. They offered me a different cooker and would again delive within days and fit it all for me. They turned a very stresful situation (of my own making) into a very straight forward, easily fixed one.
