    Really pleased with purchase of Hotter shoes. They are in lovely condition, as described and I was lucky to buy them for a very good price. They look almost new with no wear on soles. They arrived very well packed..in a random shoe box for protection, which was wrapped in plastic against the weather..with an awful lot of parcel tape..no chance of escape :) The postage costs normal..all in all a real bargain. A reliable seller. Thank you.

    Absolutely pleased with this purchase! Delivered on time, wrapped in bubble wrap for protection in transit, and arrived in absolutely stunning condition! Not as ‘Used’ but more likely as’Like New’, I will easily say. As described, even better than I expected. However, I found £6.50 as a way to much for posting small parcel (the bag was folded), which weighs less than a pound, and was delivered within couple of days. Therefore, overall I will rate this experience with 3 and a half stars.
