Very disappointed with this company. I ordered roof bars listed as brand new, but what arrived was clearly a used, returned item with visible wear. When I raised the issue, the response was slow and unhelpful. Even after the item was picked up, I received no communication or update on my refund. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Misleading product descriptions, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Sadly with the images you have provided the it does look as though the item had taken a hit during shipping of which we can only apologize. I can see our team arranged a courier collection.
