    This item was as described. Unfortunately, through no fault of seller, it didn't arrive on time. Seller communication was fast and very responsive. A refund was issued without hesitation. However, a few days after this, the item arrived. I messaged seller and he told me to keep the item without charge as an apology for the delay. Excellent customer service.

    Yodel delivered this. I was out so I left a message on my door asking that the parcel be delivered to a neighbor. The delivery driver totally ignored this. The driver then pushed and shoved and forced the parcel through my letter box damaging the parcel but thankfully not the contents. I wouldn't use Yodel if I had cause to do so.
