We were are a Business located in Cincinnati Ohio. We are listed at HeadphonesSource LLC in the State of Ohio. We do collect Ohio sales tax. We are a seller of consumer electronics and computer accessories. Would have been open about 6 months and try to provide the best bust customer services possible to set us apart from the rest of the completion. We sell some new products but most are gently used or Refurbished. We would love to hear from you if you are looking for a product and want out help in finding it. We offer discounts on the more items you purchase on most listings. Obviously we specialize in Headphones Bluetooth, In ear Over ear you name it that's our bread and butter. Right now Jabra, Plantronics, JBL Jawbone, Sony and Sennheiser are our primary products we are selling. Seller was extremely professional, and issued an immediate refund, didn’t even ask me to ship back the item so I didn’t even have to pay for that. .     During shipping, the boxed item was damaged. When I contacted the Seller, they immediately emailed me a return label. Communication was great, shipping was fast, and the item's damage happened during shipping.
