When reported to the seller, they apologised and offered return and refund. However as I got it at such a good price and the item itself was not faulty decided to keep it and ordered seperate ear tips. Seller offered 20% refund as gesture of goodwill which they did not have to do so greatly appreciated. Excellent service, shame item was not 100% per description.

It's a shame that the courier left it propped up against the front door for all opportunists passing by to see without even knocking. I was home all evening and only found it by chance. I don't call that a delivery. E-bay seller take note your courier service are letting you down.
