  Communication with seller was very good and the item represented great value for money, but the courier (Fedex) let the seller down by not delivering to the right address then lying that the item had been delivered to the right address and had my signature. When challenged to produce proof of delivery the courier could not then went back to the wrong address to retrieve the package, the driver came to my house to appologise and said the pack had been opened and he would return it to sender.

  Positive for an item which looks to be as described and for a very rapid delivery. Negative for Yodel's part in the process, as they simply dumped the package over the gate on my drive (damaging the packaging) rather than making any attempt to deliver. Completely unacceptable, so other buyers beware. I for one would not use this seller again as the result of my experience.

  This seller is a credit to ebay because after a long chat to the seller he has gone up and above the beyond the call of durmty very prompt and went out of his way to amke sure i received the item i ordered an rf choke 2 day and i got it on a sunday morning by roysl mail i didnt even know they deliverd on absunday many thanks ian i will be ordering from you again 5 star rating for you

  Aside from FedEx issues of them damaging the item when out for delivery, the seller has been amazingly patient and immediate communications when I let them know and sending out a replacement for more fun and games with FedEx. It's finally arrived and it's perfect. Very well packaged, and completely as described. Shame about FedEx

  The items I ordered were out of stock , I settled for another colour, probably a better choice to be honest, good quality for the price, easy to assemble, the only problem was the delivery company, FedEx knocked the door 15sec later in the van and gone , emailed me to say next day delivery, took the day off especially, as could only tell me before 18.00, 9am I get an email saying following day , spoke to C/S who lied about delivery, ended up collecting in the end
