So slight damage, and the tube plugs had been popped out which fortunately I did find in the packaging. The ladder will suffer from similar knocks and shocks during use, so I'm not too bothered. However, better packaging/protection on the top ( and bottom) corners of the ladder might eliminate courrier related damage.
