I sent in my EIS and key, because I had a crank no start, along with a P1570. Once at the shop in Escondido, the EIS and switch tested good. I was sent a video demonstrating this, along with further options to test my ME-SFI. I declined that option and requested my EIS and switch back. I was promptly refunded a significant portion of the fee, so I'm assuming that since no repair actually took place, I was just charged a reasonable fee for diagnosis. I'm satisfied and thank you

Great Customer Service! Purchased 2 keys where I could have an extra. I sent in my module and they were able to program and send right back in a matter of just a few days turnaround time! Works out that my Original key still works so I have 2 spares! When I had questions they were quick to respond and very helpful! Trust them!!
