  This chair was ‘as new’ but was far cheaper than a new one. Good comms re delivery by Evri. Arrived in a couple of days. The box was a bit battered but that was expected. Upon building the chair, which takes about ten mins I noticed the back panel had come unstitched slightly. This was not mentioned in description, but to be fair unless the chair was unboxed they would not know. I notified the seller who answered within minutes and was very apologetic and I accepted a partial refund. Thanks !!

  Received the 2 floor metal playpen yesterday, great product, as described and packaged well. Slight delay with postage caused by the courier not the seller however the seller was very helpful with resolving the issue, many thanks great seller and excellent value for money.
