This is the bestest shampoo for oily roots. It truly clarifies the hair unlike the grey clarifying shampoo version by REDKEN. The only thing that got me confused is the seller wrote a completely different name and surname on my package. I almost turned away the delivery guy because it was someone else's name with my address on it. And if it wasn't for my partner to open the package out of curiosity I wouldn't have received it. I don't know why this happened. I hope it doesn't happen again.
