Contacted seller. Not UK seller despite false advertising in profile and posts. Couldn't provid instructions even as a e-copy i.e.pdf. said a replacement could be sent in 20-30 days from china. Despite still selling the same item listed as UK seller. They replied essentially saying that sending it back 'was waste of my precious time and was expensive'. They continued to explain that they didn't make much profit on the items so to avoid them making a loss they offered me a 38% discount...on a broken mirror. quote from their reply: " really have a little bit profit in this transactions. You know, in order to protect your max profit ..."
